‘Satyawati Memorial Academy’ Kiratpur, Bijnor is delighted to welcome the participating schools, their coaches and participants for the ensuing National Taekwondo 2018, Taekwondo championship scheduled from November 13th to 18th.Satyawati Memorial Academy extends a hearty welcome to all guests, team and wish them the very best for bringing laurels to their schools. to follow: – 1. School will provide food and accommodation facility with charge according
to CBSE Norms.
2. School is providing Bus facility from Delhi Airport to our school only for foreigner players in one time.Transport will be available at airport from 8 am to 1 pm on November 13 2018.

2) merit and participation certificate of the student’s respective zone
3) School ID
4) Aadhar card /passport / municipal corporation age proof/tenth certificate (if 10th class passed)
5) Group photo with principal and school’s coach or any authorized escort
6) Female participants must escorted by female teacher or any authorized female member
7) Coach/ manager/ parent/ must possess the authority letter issued and duly attested by school principal
8) Each team must bring their school flag
9) Two copies of All the above mentioned documents
10) Students authority certificate issued by the respective zonal host school (if issued)
Conditions of participants disqualification :
- Inadequate age proof
- Improper weight
- Participant not escorted by authorized escort / teacher
- Any misbehaving or non supporting act by participating team
- If participant fails to report the arena within 3 calls.
- Players should be in WT ( WORLD TAEKWONDO) pattern uniform (DOBOK) otherwise player will be liable to be disqualified without fail. Only and only WT pattern uniform (DOBOK) will be allowed.
Some Considerations:
- Organising committee will provide chest guard and head guard only, Rest protective equipments like shin guard, arm guard and groin guard will have to arrange itself. In the absence of any protective equipments, player will be strictly not allowed in Arena.
- Although organising committee will provide chest guard and head guard but this is highly appreciable if any will come by itself . This may cause of time saving and smooth proceeding of championship.

Accommodation and Meal Information:
- Rs. 350 will be charged as per CBSE norms for per candidate per day.
- Separate accommodation for girls and boys.
